Senior AI/ML Engineer — Agentic Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the intelligence core, including governance engines, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM orchestration.
• Design multi-agent orchestration across complex pipelines using structured reasoning chains and tool-use patterns.
• Implement multi-format document extraction (PDF, TIFF, JPG) using OCR, layout analysis, and table extraction models.
• Build decision and context graphs to accumulate institutional knowledge from human-in-the-loop interventions.
• Develop an Evals Engine for A/B testing and regression testing across various LLM providers.
• Implement responsible AI guardrails, including bias detection, confidence calibration, and explainability layers.
• Optimize inference cost and latency through quantization, caching, and intelligent model routing.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of overall experience, with at least 2+ years of experience with LLMs in production.
• Proven experience with production LLM APIs such as Anthropic, Bedrock, Llama, or Mistral.
• Hands-on expertise with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience in Document AI, including OCR, layout parsing (LayoutLM), and table extraction (Textract/Unstructured.io).
• Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or pgvector.
• Strong async Python engineering skills (production-grade development).
• Experience with AWS ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, and EKS.
