Senior AI/ML Algorithms Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML projects and manage algorithm development for advanced sensor programs
• Perform system-level performance analysis to optimize airborne sensor capabilities
• Develop, refine, and analyze AI/ML algorithms for mission-critical aerospace applications
• Conduct trade studies and build statistical models for complex multidisciplinary systems
• Execute detailed data analyses and participate in formal peer reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML
• Expertise in Signal Processing, Image Processing, or Detection Theory
• Active and transferable U.S. government DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a STEM field
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Programming experience in C, C++, MATLAB, or Python (including Anaconda)
• Experience with real-time programming for embedded or mission-critical systems
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments and mathematical modeling
