Senior AI Maturity & Readiness Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current AI maturity levels through evaluations of processes, technologies, data infrastructure, and organizational readiness
• Develop detailed AI readiness frameworks and strategic roadmaps tailored to client goals
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for AI implementation, governance, and ethical considerations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to AI adoption
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of AI technologies
• Monitor emerging AI trends and evolving technologies to offer up-to-date advice
• Support clients in developing change management strategies to foster an AI-ready culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy, AI consulting, or related roles
• Proven track record of assessing AI maturity and developing AI readiness frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data management, and AI ethics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage consulting engagements independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
