Senior AI Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable, AI-first marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Build and optimize a modern marketing stack leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics and automation
• Partner with Business Development to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact
• Own digital presence including SEO, SEM, paid media, and website performance
• Implement AI-enhanced lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
• Lead implementation of AI tools like ChatGPT and HubSpot AI across the marketing function
• Refine brand narrative and manage social media presence
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure ROI

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing to clinicians or related service-related platform businesses
• 1-2 years focusing specifically on AI/ML projects
• Proven experience in high-growth healthcare or healthtech companies
• Strong experience with advanced AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with experiential, events, and brand marketing
• Experience leveraging AI tools specifically within marketing workflows
