Senior AI Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
• Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing, mobility, and corporate functions
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams
• Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions
• Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities
• Build scalable AI platforms and reusable capabilities to accelerate innovation
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, technology partners, and hyperscalers
• Provide executive-level communication and reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing global engineering or AI organizations
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MLOps
• Strong understanding of cloud AI ecosystems (Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Vertex AI)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar ecosystems
• Strong business acumen and change management expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Active participation in AI research, patents, or publications
• Involvement in industry forums or open-source communities
