Senior AI Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale LLM-powered applications, such as literature search and insights generation tools.
• Design scalable architectures including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Implement and optimize RAG-based solutions for complex scientific queries.
• Transition AI solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to full production environments.
• Build automated testing and evaluation frameworks to monitor LLM output quality, latency, and consistency.
• Deploy and manage containerized services on AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, ECS) or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and modern web frameworks like React or Streamlit.
• Proven experience working with ML or LLM-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate scientific questions into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience with Agentic AI or orchestration frameworks.
• Background in the Pharma, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• DevOps expertise with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams involving Data Science, IT, and Business stakeholders.
