Responsibilities

• Build reference implementations, demos, and tooling to improve agentic results and optimize inference costs
• Contribute to the open-source AI community by shipping and maintaining projects
• Represent You.com as a technical voice at hackathons, meetups, and panels
• Bring developer perspectives back into the product development cycle
• Translate technical details for engineers and business value for executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI and agent stacks
• Strong systems design and architecture skills
• A public body of work such as an active GitHub profile or open-source projects
• Fluency in developer communities and open-source contribution
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and C-level audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with the ability to demonstrate ROI on technical builds
