Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and orchestrate high-reasoning, context-aware conversational agents using Google Cloud’s AI ecosystem, including Vertex AI and Gemini models.
• Blueprint and optimize production-ready Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate Knowledge Graphs.
• Engineer fluid dialogue state systems capable of handling non-linear, multi-turn user journeys.
• Implement function calling and dynamic tool-use pipelines to enable AI systems to interact with enterprise APIs and real-time data.
• Productionize, monitor, and scale machine learning and LLM workflows within GCP Vertex AI, ensuring high availability and robust guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding architectural decisions and mentoring junior or mid-level team members.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is essential.
• Proficiency in leveraging GCP Vertex AI to build and scale models.
• Demonstrable experience in building and deploying Intelligent Agents in a commercial or enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures and/or the implementation of Knowledge Graphs.
• Strong senior engineering mindset with the ability to solve complex integration challenges.
