Responsibilities

• Launch and scale high-quality AI agents, including voice AI for automating patient activation and outbound calls.
• Build evaluation and reinforcement learning pipelines to measure agent quality and implement continuous improvement loops.
• Scale the AI Nurse experience by composing multiple agents into a unified workflow.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI agents to production at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing evaluation pipelines and capturing signals from production usage.
• Experience with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) or reward modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries (HIPAA, PHI).
• Familiarity with voice AI systems including speech-to-text and real-time orchestration.
• Background in RAG systems, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
