Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and systems to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes
• Research, develop, and implement AI tools such as NLP, LLM, and Agentic AI
• Supervise and support AI infrastructure needs, working with development teams to embed AI capabilities into front-end applications
• Supervise the collection, preprocessing, and curation of large datasets required for training generative models
• Experiment with various machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised, reinforcement, and deep learning
• Design and optimize machine learning pipelines, incorporating data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning
• Develop scalable and efficient machine learning infrastructure for training, testing, and deploying models in production environments
• Lead a team of AI Engineers and collaborate across the organization to improve process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or interactive AI applications
• Expert proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proven experience with AI tools such as NLP and Agentic AI
