Senior AI Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI and agentic systems to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness within enterprise CRM platforms.
• Develop intelligent, autonomous workflows that leverage enterprise data and support decision-making processes.
• Architect and implement production-grade AI solutions, including LLM-powered applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Leverage the GCP ecosystem, including BigQuery, Composer, and DataProc, to build and operationalize large-scale data pipelines.
• Drive AI-enabled monitoring, quality assessment, and governance capabilities through automation and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate complex business problems into impactful AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied AI.
• Proven experience building or working with agentic AI systems, including orchestration and tool usage.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery, Composer (Airflow), and DataProc.
• Deep understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and large-scale data processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within CRM platforms or customer data systems.
• Experience in regulated environments, such as financial services, with a focus on AI governance and compliance.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field.
