Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize production-grade AI pipelines for voice-based generative healthcare agents
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate healthcare workflows into safe, scalable AI experiences
• Prototype and deploy zero-to-one features using state-of-the-art LLMs and streaming architectures
• Develop AI-native workflows for real-time, conversational, and long-running interactions
• Drive continuous improvement in model evaluation, safety testing, and observability

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML products in production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building LLM-based or multi-agent systems at scale
• Hands-on work with speech recognition, text-to-speech, or streaming architectures
• Prior exposure to healthcare or safety-critical regulated domains
