Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts for document classification and data extraction
• Build ground truth datasets and automated evaluation pipelines
• Develop multi-agent document processing pipelines and orchestrate parallel AI workflows
• Develop production-grade APIs and backend services using Clean Architecture and DDD principles
• Manage the full prompt lifecycle including versioning, testing, and rollback
• Translate product requirements into technical architectures and communicate system limitations

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with Python
• Advanced expertise in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure AI
• Experience with ground truth dataset design and AI agent orchestration
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and DDD principles
• Proficiency in REST API development, Git, CI/CD, and containerization
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document understanding or OCR tools like AWS Textract
• Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Background in NLP or text classification systems
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, and ECS
