Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up end-to-end evals to measure and improve agent performance
• Experiment with new agentic techniques such as multi-agent systems, reasoning-from-feedback, and RFT
• Build lightweight tools, servers, and orchestration layers that enable agents to operate reliably in production
• Stay on top of emerging research and bring ideas into production experiments

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building in ML/AI
• Strong experience with Python
• Exceptional ability in prompting and speaking with LLMs
• Clear communication skills in person and in writing
• High level of drive, grit, and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in B2B SaaS
• 0 to 1 product experience
