Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for Doctolib Assistant
• Build and improve AI agents and orchestration systems
• Partner with data scientists to implement evaluation pipelines and security guardrails
• Develop core agentic capabilities including memory, reasoning, and multi-agent coordination
• Own performance, observability, and security monitoring
• Ensure privacy and security by design for sensitive medical data
• Contribute to fullstack development using React, TypeScript, or Kotlin when needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML systems
• 2+ years of experience working with Python
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of an AI product
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in fullstack development (React, TypeScript, or Kotlin)
• Ability to work in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building multi-agent systems or agent development frameworks
• Experience with AI products for enterprise or professional users
• Background in the medical domain or healthcare technology
