Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and multi-agent frameworks.
• Architect and maintain scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy deep learning models across Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) domains.
• Develop advanced prompting techniques, guardrails, and context-window management strategies.
• Optimize models for efficient production deployment and runtime inference using formats like ONNX.
• Architect high-performance data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Establish robust, data-driven model evaluation frameworks to benchmark accuracy, drift, and safety.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing, evaluating, and operating AI/ML models in production environments.
• Professional or research experience in both Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud AI infrastructures such as Azure AI Studio or AWS Bedrock.
• Expert proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Advanced Python coding skills, including asynchronous programming and clean, modular architecture.
• High proficiency in configuring and querying Vector Databases (e.g., Faiss, Elasticsearch) and SQL/NoSQL architectures.
• Experience processing massive datasets using ecosystems like Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience engineering AI solutions within banking, fintech, or highly regulated corporate environments.
• Familiarity with agentic workflow libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
