Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI applications focusing on LLMs, RAG, and MLOps
• Lead architecture for complex systems from data to deployment and mentor junior engineers
• Develop high-quality code that aligns with business objectives, quality standards, and secure development practices
• Collaborate with a global AI engineering team to analyze business requirements and prioritize user stories
• Work closely with business and technical teams to identify system improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years specifically in AI engineering
• Expertise in writing and reviewing production-grade Python code
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Extensive hands-on experience building and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with web frameworks and tools such as FastAPI and Uvicorn
• Demonstrated expertise in designing distributed, high-throughput, and low-latency system architectures
