Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven features to enhance product capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise in the design, testing, and delivery of scalable and secure distributed backend and AI-powered services.
• Utilize Python and its ecosystem to build, train, and deploy machine learning models and agentic systems.
• Collaborate with product management and architects to translate business needs into functional technical requirements.
• Mentor and coach team members through peer code reviews and guidance on complex design issues.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to recommend implementations for product development.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by writing clean, testable, and secure code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in building web-scale, highly available, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of active experience in AI/ML projects, specifically focusing on agentic AI systems, LLMs, and NLP.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python programming for both AI/ML and backend development.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational database design.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C# programming using the .NET framework or .NET Core.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, and API gateways.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling high-performance distributed systems.
