Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex agentic workflows and assistant platforms using the LangChain ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG pipelines to provide agents with deep, contextual domain knowledge.
• Architect scalable, distributed AI services that integrate seamlessly into Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Implement robust monitoring, tracing, and evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith, LangFuse, or Promptfoo.
• Build and manage "Skills" and toolsets for agents, including the implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Design sophisticated Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) patterns to ensure accuracy in high-stakes financial decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with the LangChain ecosystem (LangGraph, LangServe).
• Proven track record of building autonomous agents or sophisticated assistant platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and emerging GraphRAG methodologies.
• Expert-level Python skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and asynchronous code.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage scalable, distributed systems within a Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience using Agentic Ops platforms for debugging and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java for integrating AI services with core backend systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps culture, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native monitoring.
• Experience in the fintech industry and understanding of banking security and compliance requirements.
