Senior AI Engineer & Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain robust, end-to-end production AI solutions and machine learning models.
• Design and implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using advanced chunking and embeddings.
• Develop agentic systems and multi-agent designs, including orchestration, state memory management, and tool integration.
• Execute systematic model selection strategies, evaluating proprietary vs. open-source models for performance and cost.
• Conduct advanced prompt engineering and system prompt optimization to guarantee strict output validation.
• Design and operate cloud functions and serverless data workflows within Azure and Databricks ecosystems.
• Maintain cost consciousness across the development pipeline, evaluating Dev, Deploy, and Run costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade ML and AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure AI stack (Azure AI Services, Microsoft Foundry) and Databricks.
• Elite Python proficiency and deep expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, or Scikit-Learn.
• Practical experience with RAG frameworks, embeddings, multi-agent routing, and Co-pilot customization.
• Must possess a valid work visa for the European Union.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PySpark/Apache Spark and managing event-driven or streaming data systems.
• Previous exposure integrating robotic process automation (RPA) within agentic networks.
• Demonstrated capability in mentoring junior Machine Learning and Data Engineers.
