Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLM/RAG models for industrial use cases
• Industrialize AI solutions in collaboration with Data Engineers and Data Scientists using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
• Design and deploy AI architectures on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Cognitive Services)
• Automate model deployment and monitoring using MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure DevOps
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLM) and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Optimize NLP pipelines for industrial or railway environments
• Collaborate with business teams to translate functional needs into AI solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Engineering, AI, or Data Science
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Cognitive Services)
• Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG (fine-tuning, integration, optimization)
• Mastery of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to work in the Île-de-France region
