Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and architect advanced multi-agent systems using LLM reasoning frameworks to execute complex business processes.
• Develop sophisticated prompt engineering strategies and agent orchestration patterns for domain-specific logic.
• Implement multi-agentic patterns including critic, observer, and specialized task agents within the ReVAct framework.
• Build and optimize LLM reasoning pipelines supporting chain-of-thought, tree-of-thought, and graph-based reasoning.
• Design validation frameworks and guardrails to ensure regulatory compliance and auditability in financial and healthcare sectors.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmarking methodologies to assess multi-agent system accuracy and consistency.
• Lead integration with enterprise systems via Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for agentic AI development and governance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in LLM reasoning techniques such as chain-of-thought, few-shot prompting, and in-context learning.
• Proven experience designing and building production-grade multi-agent systems and coordination patterns.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment for domain-specific tasks.
• Advanced Python skills for implementing complex AI systems and data processing pipelines.
• Experience with LLM observability and debugging platforms such as LangFuse or LangSmith.
• Strong experience integrating leading LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with document processing pipelines and information extraction from unstructured data.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Background in natural language processing, computational linguistics, or formal reasoning systems.
• Familiarity with regulated industry workflows in financial services, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience building knowledge graphs or semantic reasoning systems.
