Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build generative AI applications tailored to complex financial and legal workflows
• Drive end to end model development lifecycle, including research, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate cross functionally to translate complex problems into well-defined scoped bets
• Apply ground-breaking research and approaches in advanced AI topics
• Lead and push the adoption of AI throughout the organization

Requirements

• Deep experience with complex legal and financial documents (bond offerings, credit agreements, etc.)
• Expertise in information extraction and structured data extraction from long documents
• Strong understanding of NLP, document structure, and section hierarchy
• Experience applying LLMs to high-precision extraction tasks with citation grounding
• Proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery
• Experience with the full ML lifecycle including experimentation, training, and deployment
• Knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure
• Strong product focus and understanding of end-user impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with leveraged finance, debt capital markets, and related legal concepts
• Experience building labeled datasets and annotation frameworks
• Expertise in retrieval and context engineering for long-document reasoning
