Senior AI & Digital Innovation Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a local digital innovation roadmap aligned with global AI and technology strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and digital innovation use cases across marketing, commercial, and business functions.
• Lead the planning and execution of pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Drive organizational adoption of AI and digital capabilities through communication, training, and enablement programs.
• Build strong partnerships between local and global teams to ensure successful execution of innovation initiatives.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations to secure leadership support and funding.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation.
• Strong awareness of AI and emerging technologies.
• Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
• Proven experience in technology assessment and implementation.
• Experience in vendor and agency management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and executive presence.
• Demonstrated success in leading innovation or technology enablement initiatives within a matrixed environment.
