Senior AI & Digital Innovation Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a local digital innovation roadmap aligned with global AI and technology strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and digital innovation use cases across marketing, commercial, and business functions.
• Lead the planning and execution of pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption of digital capabilities through communication, training, and enablement programs.
• Build strong partnerships between local and global teams to ensure successful execution of innovation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment recommendations to secure leadership support.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support pilot execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation.
• Strong awareness of AI and emerging technologies.
• Deep knowledge of the digital ecosystem and technology assessment.
• Proven experience in vendor and agency management.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and pilot programs within a matrixed or global environment.
• Proven track record of driving organizational adoption through change management and training.
