Senior AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver applied Generative AI capabilities within the Seequent Evo geoscience data platform
• Turn innovative prototypes into deployed, scalable, and operational product features on cloud infrastructure
• Build and maintain robust evaluation and observability systems to improve prompts, context strategies, and agent workflows
• Collaborate with global teams to design sustainable AI solutions for real-world geoscience workflows
• Act as a subject-matter expert in AI/ML design, ensuring data security, consent, and ethical processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps
• 1+ years of experience building and operating production-level Generative AI products
• Proficiency in Python and commercial software development
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Proven experience designing Gen AI evaluation and observability systems (logging, tracing, metrics)
• A "production-first" mindset with the ability to own features end-to-end
