Senior AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI-enhanced solutions integrating SAP data, external cloud sources, and local file-based inputs.
• Lead the development of automation tools and bots using Generative AI technologies like Amazon Bedrock, custom GPTs, and Amazon Lex.
• Collaborate with business teams to define logic and modularize processes for AI-assisted code generation.
• Develop intelligent frontend tools using Python, VBA, and Excel to automate business workflows.
• Build, test, and deploy predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques such as forecasting and regression.
• Maintain coding standards, Git-based repositories, and CI/CD pipelines for all AI and automation development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot solution performance across SAP and non-SAP environments to ensure scalability.
• Mentor junior Python developers and oversee the creation of reusable code modules and AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python and VBA development.
• 1+ year of experience using Generative AI tools to automate coding and workflow design.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python data libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Git/DevOps tools and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with chatbot development and AI-based API interaction.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and distributed team environments.
