Senior AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI, data science, and advanced analytics solutions using the Microsoft Azure technology stack
• Lead projects from initial problem definition through to production delivery
• Conduct discovery, solution design, and consultative workshops for clients
• Contribute to the creation of new AI and data science-based service offerings
• Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders to build lasting client relationships
• Support the professional development of team members through mentorship
• Participate in early-stage client engagement and presales activities, such as technical demonstrations

Requirements

• Proven industry experience delivering AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning solutions
• Proficiency with Azure AI and Data Science tools (e.g., Azure AI Services, Databricks, Python)
• Experience running discovery and solution design workshops
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in client-facing roles
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Understanding of project management activities including risk management and time-tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft or Databricks certifications
• Familiarity with LLMs and Agentic AI concepts (Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain)
• Experience with MLOps lifecycle management and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of application development frameworks like FastAPI, Docker, or Kubernetes
