Senior AI Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships across Zynga to educate teams and share best practices for AI tool adoption.
• Stay current on trends and advancements within the AI ecosystem.
• Work with stakeholders across disciplines to develop, track, and report on business KPIs related to AI implementation.
• Assess the adoption and efficiency of AI services to inform decisions on vendor engagement or internal development.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI vendors, including onboarding, sunsetting, and raising feature requests.
• Evaluate AI vendors for fitness, ethics, security, and legality.
• Assist in AI governance and compliance by coordinating with Legal, Security, and Procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Production, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AI applications and methods.
• Hands-on experience using or building AI technologies.
• Proven experience in project management, production, or product management.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads to meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in game development or customer success.
• Experience gathering user feedback through playtesting or focus testing to guide strategic decisions.
