Senior AI Builder

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents, including reasoning chains, tool calls, and agent architectures.
• Develop agentic workflows to transform the product development lifecycle, from scoping and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Build and own evaluation infrastructure, including pipelines, benchmarks, and quality gates to ensure model reliability.
• Create reusable libraries, templates, and reference implementations to enable engineering squads to ship AI-assisted features quickly.
• Partner with architects and product engineers to build the tools, patterns, and guardrails for safe and durable AI adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building tooling, platforms, or internal developer products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, or comparable tools.
• Experience working with open source LLM models.
• Proficiency in working across the full stack as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF, or reward modeling).
• Experience in fintech or highly regulated, security-sensitive environments.
• Experience with AI governance, including bias evaluation, audit logging, and model cards.
• Exposure to multi-step reasoning pipelines or human-in-the-loop system design.
