Senior AI & Automation Manager

About the Company

SingleStore is the Intelligence Platform powering real-time data, analytics, and AI experiences at enterprise scale. Internally, the company operates an AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to solve high-friction business problems using AI, automation, and data.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine AI agents to automate knowledge retrieval and support decision-making
• Design and build automation pipelines to eliminate manual and repetitive processes
• Write Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from internal systems like Salesforce
• Engage with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translate them into technical problem statements
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive end-to-end implementation of solutions
• Scope, sequence, and deliver technical projects independently
• Mentor junior team members and act as the organizational resource for AI/automation capability

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in AI, automation, data science, or analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data processing and API calls
• Strong SQL expertise including complex queries and data structures
• Experience building AI agents using frameworks or custom tooling
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato
• Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs and webhooks
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code to configure MCP servers
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
