Senior AI & Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks to drive autonomous decision-making
• Build scalable automation solutions to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Proactively identify and assess opportunities for AI and automation through collaboration with stakeholders
• Integrate AI-driven solutions with enterprise systems such as JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow via APIs
• Lead the full development lifecycle from concept and POC to deployment and optimization
• Translate complex requirements into scalable technical architectures

Requirements

• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming or agile development
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience in developing GenAI/LLM-based applications
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents, or AutoGen
• Experience building automation workflows using RPA tools, scripting, or custom logic
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools like Salesforce or SharePoint
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Prior experience leading discovery workshops or assessments for AI/automation opportunities
