Senior AI Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end Copilot Studio agents, including topic architecture, knowledge grounding, and connector integration
• Build Power Automate cloud flows to connect agents to SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and internal APIs
• Own the Microsoft Graph API and Azure Entra ID integration layer, managing service principals, OAuth, and enterprise data access
• Design and build RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search or equivalent vector stores to ground agents in proprietary engineering documentation
• Expose custom LLM backends such as Azure OpenAI or Claude API as REST endpoints via custom connectors
• Establish reusable patterns, component libraries, and Power Platform ALM practices to enable safe scaling for citizen developers
• Manage Power Platform environment governance, including DLP policies, solution lifecycle, and connector security
• Instrument agents for usage analytics to track adoption metrics and business impact

Requirements

• Proficiency with Copilot Studio for agent design and production deployment
• Experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows and custom HTTP connectors
• Expertise in Microsoft Graph API for querying enterprise-scale data
• Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID, app registrations, and OAuth
• Production-grade Python skills for LLM API calls and REST endpoint development
• Deep understanding of RAG architecture, including chunking, embedding, and vector stores
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM API integration
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM and DLP administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in AI engineering or enterprise automation
• Proven track record of deploying production systems connecting Microsoft front-ends to custom LLM/RAG backends
• Experience navigating IT governance in large-scale organizations (+50,000 employees)
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or prompt engineering
• PL-200 or PL-400 certifications
