Senior AI Agent Engineer

Liberate builds AI agents to automate manual tasks for the $2.7T insurance industry. Starting with voice automation, the company is expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims to build reasoning agents for insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to design tailored AI-driven solutions for customer requirements
• Serve as a technical expert during post-sales, providing demonstrations and technical presentations
• Assess customer systems and workflows to identify integration points for AI solutions
• Develop customized product configurations and prototypes
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during the implementation process
• Act as a liaison between customers and product development to communicate feedback
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and FAQs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms
• Strong background in software development and system integration
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies
• Experience in insurance technology or financial services
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
