Senior Agile Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure overall project governance and best-practice delivery
• Coordinate project delivery team resources
• Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other project meetings
• Coach clients on Scrum processes
• Assist product owners with backlog management
• Control project release cycles
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercials including change requests
• Manage project risk plans, issues, and mitigation actions
• Facilitate project status reporting
• Manage relationships with clients, delivery teams, and third parties
• Interface between development teams and clients
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into BAU or Managed Services

Requirements

• Working understanding of agile principles
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience managing project budgets and commercials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders up to board level
• Experience with Data Analytics or Data Warehousing projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification
