Senior Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices to translate them into concrete ways of working.
• Improve inter-team communication, collaboration, and strengthen leadership's ability to mentor team members.
• Support senior leadership in designing scalable, flexible, and outcome-focused organizational operating systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Help teams improve project management by setting up processes, creating Kanban boards, and removing roadblocks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage experimentation with new ways of working, including AI use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach across multiple projects and companies.
• Proven experience working in an international, English-speaking tech environment, ideally within start-up or scale-up phases.
• Strong, pragmatic knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.
• Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile and Lean practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a people-focused, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification or other related Agile certifications.
• Lean certification.
