Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver next-generation Agentic AI solutions and reference implementations across enterprise, cloud, and edge environments.
• Optimize end-to-end AI workflows, including task decomposition, multi-agent collaboration, and reasoning pipelines, to maximize performance on AMD CPUs and GPUs.
• Implement intelligent data structures and retrieval architectures to improve inference performance and system scalability.
• Build secure AI solutions incorporating data provenance, governance, and confidential computing techniques.
• Partner with strategic customers and internal silicon/software teams to provide feedback that shapes future product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ with experience in performance-critical code paths and optimization.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI infrastructure, distributed systems, or cloud-native AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern AI software ecosystems, including LLM inference, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous reasoning and workflow optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ROCm™, AMD Enterprise AI, or similar heterogeneous computing software stacks.
• Expertise in AI performance engineering, specifically regarding latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Background as a solutions engineer or technical consultant at a major systems or platform company.
• Experience with secure computing, cryptography, and hardware roots of trust.
