Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build autonomous, LLM-powered multi-agent systems for complex support workflows.
• Develop robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and tool-use capabilities.
• Integrate AI agents with proprietary infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise systems using the model context protocol (MCP).
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and accuracy while implementing agentic observability and guardrails.
• Serve as a technical lead to set best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agent architecture.
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI research to evaluate new foundation models and agentic frameworks.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI or LLM-based applications to production.
• Strong proficiency in writing scalable, production-ready Python.
• Deep understanding of foundation models, advanced prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with modern orchestration frameworks and LLMOps tools for tracing and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graph RAG applications.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
