Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build autonomous, LLM-powered multi-agent systems for complex support workflows
• Develop robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and tool-use capabilities
• Integrate AI agents with proprietary infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise systems using the model context protocol (MCP)
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and accuracy while implementing agentic observability and guardrails
• Lead technical best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agent architecture
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovation

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years of hands-on experience deploying generative AI or LLM-based applications to production
• Strong proficiency in writing scalable, production-ready Python
• Deep understanding of foundation models, advanced prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Experience with vector databases, graph databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with agentic observability, tracing, and evaluation tools
