About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and procedural support to agents using a coaching approach
- Coordinate operational activities and support agents in daily tasks
- Manage B2C, B2B, and GDS customer escalations
- Support mentors during training for internal procedure updates
- Act as a technical and procedural reference for other departments
- Analyze files and call recordings to resolve complex situations
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify agent development needs
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Contact Center Agent
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Deep understanding of B2C, B2B, and GDS products and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
