Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and procedural support to agents using a coaching approach
  • Coordinate operational activities and support agents in daily tasks
  • Manage B2C, B2B, and GDS customer escalations
  • Support mentors during training for internal procedure updates
  • Act as a technical and procedural reference for other departments
  • Analyze files and call recordings to resolve complex situations
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify agent development needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Contact Center Agent
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
  • Deep understanding of B2C, B2B, and GDS products and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
