Responsibilities

• Develop features and products from the ground up alongside a world-class engineering team
• Solve complex problems with high autonomy in an agile environment
• Participate in design and development discussions to contribute fresh perspectives
• Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs
• Develop scalable software solutions that comply with HIPAA and other security standards

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of industry experience at a major tech company or high-growth startup
• Strong engineering fundamentals with ability to design and scale production-grade systems
• Ability to wear multiple hats including design, development, testing, and support
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
