Senior Agent Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Scope and prioritize use cases by working directly with customers to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Lead discovery and design workshops to uncover pain points and define success criteria
• Design agent workflows by translating business needs into structured agent behaviors and system logic
• Own end-to-end execution across engineering, customers, and internal teams
• Coordinate delivery by managing sequencing, dependencies, and timelines
• Manage risk and quality by surfacing risks early and maintaining high delivery standards
• Drive iteration and outcomes by monitoring performance post-launch and refining solutions

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in customer-facing or hybrid roles (product, solutions, implementation, consulting)
• Experience leading discovery sessions or workshops
• Strong execution skills managing stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products, automation tools, or workflow systems
• Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent-based systems
• Exposure to product or service design methodologies
