Senior Agent Product Manager

About the Company

Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the company works with major names in banking and fintech to deploy specialist AI agents that eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and integration of the AI platform into customer environments
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives and operational requirements
• Guide customers in tailoring and optimizing AI agent capabilities to solve unique challenges
• Analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during pre-sales, POCs, and due diligence
• Collaborate with AI, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide strategic feedback for the product roadmap
• Establish scalable onboarding and implementation processes
• Manage project risks and governance related to AI deployment and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing roles at high-growth tech companies
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
• Strong technical acumen regarding APIs and integrations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Omni or BigQuery
• Excellent communication skills for both technical teams and senior leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on pragmatic problem-solving
