Senior Agent Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations autonomously, including new specialties and multi-site rollouts
• Own strategic customer relationships during implementation end-to-end
• Identify high-impact product improvements by analyzing user behavior and customer outcomes
• Build new scalable processes, best practices, and systems from scratch
• Drive automation and efficiency by designing and implementing tools and workflows
• Collaborate with Operations Analysts to support QA/QC and develop reporting
• Partner with engineering to design and build dashboards and internal tooling

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Consulting, Implementation, or a similar post-sales role
• Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or health system implementations
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills for difficult customer conversations
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and present findings to leadership
• Experience translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Proficiency in efficiency tooling such as SQL, Claude Code, or Retool
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MSO, PE-backed, or enterprise health system accounts
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Athena, NextGen, ECW) or VOIP platforms (RingCentral, Twilio)
• Experience building or managing internal tooling and reporting infrastructure
• Prior experience in a health tech or AI company
• Willingness to travel 4x per year for offsites and customer sessions
