Senior Agent Architect - Partner Success

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, guiding them through the design and implementation of AI Agent solutions
• Co-design AI Agent architectures with partners, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with best practices
• Educate and enable partners on platform capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs
• Challenge and refine use cases to prioritize high-impact approaches
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders by translating requirements into structured conversational and system designs
• Support early-phase implementations hands-on when needed
• Guide integration design for connecting Parloa’s platform to enterprise systems via APIs
• Design and validate conversational experiences to ensure high-quality AI behavior
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Delivery teams to remove blockers
• Define and document best practices for scalable partner enablement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Architect, or Consultant)
• Strong foundation in AI Agent development, conversational design, and prompt engineering
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system architectures
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication (OAuth, JWT)
• Familiarity with advanced prompting techniques like few-shot and chain-of-thought
• Excellent written and spoken German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with partners, system integrators, or channel ecosystems
• Experience in enablement or training of external stakeholders
• Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware architectures
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, or custom connector development
