Responsibilities

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners
• Leverage LLM internals to design precise prompts for reliable, user-aligned behavior
• Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components for LLMs
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to align with brand standards
• Build and configure integrations between customer systems and Parloa's Platform via APIs and integration platforms
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex custom integration scenarios
• Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles
• Expertise in conversation design and AI agent development
• Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies (chain-of-thought, few-shot learning)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system integrations, and enterprise APIs
• Familiarity with API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT)
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, and API testing tools like Postman
• Experience consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing methods for AI performance
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills
