Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimise existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations
• Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in affiliate marketing or account management is desirable
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
