Senior Aero Correlation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide aerodynamic performance information to increase confidence in delivering track upgrades
• Guide the team in developing strategies to improve aerodynamic understanding
• Implement methods and tools for correlation between track, wind tunnel, and CFD data
• Develop innovative tools to improve aerodynamic understanding of car performance
• Mentor junior members of the Aero Correlation and wider Aero Performance groups
• Collaborate closely with Aero Development, Aero Test, and CFD groups
• Maintain relationships with vehicle performance and race engineering groups

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of aerodynamics and aerodynamic structures
• Proficiency with Track, CFD, and Wind Tunnel test techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong IT skills including MS Office suite
• Ability to work in a timely manner with minimal errors
