Senior AEM Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between business teams, product owners, and technical teams to enable business capabilities through technological solutions.
• Identify, define, and analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Communicate requirements clearly to both technical development teams and business stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements to determine impacts on upstream and downstream systems, proactively communicating risks and solutions.
• Support product owners in analyzing business domains and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.
• Ensure requirement traceability and track progress throughout projects and sprints.
• Collaborate with solution teams to assess the feasibility of requirements.
• Propose solution approaches based on best practices using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of test scenarios and validation activities to ensure successful system implementations.
• Create and maintain project documentation to ensure smooth transitions to support teams.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in technical business analysis and requirement resolution.
• Proven experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
• Experience with Enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) using AEM Assets.
• Strong knowledge of metadata and taxonomy management, including content and asset migration.
• Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features like Smart Crop.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirement gathering activities and facilitate workshops.
• Ability to lead user flow design and communicate designs effectively to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in content operations processes, including governance and migration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Knowledge of modern AEM content creation approaches, such as Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services.
• Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification.
• Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification.
