About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enable business capabilities through AEM solutions.
- Identify, define, and analyze technical and functional requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
- Analyze requirements to identify upstream and downstream system impacts, proactively communicating risks and solutions.
- Manage requirements traceability and track status throughout project lifecycles and sprints.
- Propose best-practice solution approaches rooted in Adobe Experience Manager capabilities.
- Support backlog prioritization by understanding dependencies across requirements and epics.
- Contribute to the development of test scenarios, test cases, and testing activities to ensure quality implementations.
- Ensure smooth transitions from project to support through comprehensive documentation and user training.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience working with technical teams and solving complex requirements.
- Proven experience with large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Assets Enterprise DAM, including integrations for asset distribution and intake.
- Expertise in metadata and taxonomy management, including content migration for digital assets in AEM.
- Experience working with Adobe Dynamic Media and advanced features like Smart Crop.
- Proficiency in content operation processes, including governance, migration, and permission models.
- Strong ability to lead and guide user flows and conduct requirement-gathering workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Workfront for work management and business processes.
- Familiarity with modern AEM authoring approaches, such as Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services.
- Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
- Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification.
- Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting.
